Cancellation & Refund Policy

MK PRODUCTION believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation and refund policy. Under this policy:

• Order Cancellations: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping.

• Perishable Items: MK PRODUCTION does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.

• Damaged or Defective Products: In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt. The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and confirmed the issue. If you feel that the product received is not as described on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision.

• Warranty Products: For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty-related issues.

Music Production Services: Refunds for music production services will be considered only if the request is made before the production work has started. Once the production, editing, or mixing process has been initiated, refunds will not be possible. However, if there are genuine issues regarding the final output, our team will review the concern and may provide a partial refund or adjustments at our discretion.

• Refund Timeline: In case of any refunds approved by MK PRODUCTION, it will take 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
